I’ve got an assignment for you this week!
Assignment: Answer the following questions.
- Why did you start taking barre?
- When did you fall in love with barre?
- What future goals do you have at the barre?
- If you had a mission statement behind why you move, what would it be?
This week I wanted to dig DEEP and help you affirm the why behind your barre practice, the purpose behind your mission, and where you see yourself taking it! For me, writing these things down helps solidify my reasonings, and allows me to investigate/get clear about my goals. Even though the dig may be deep, the answer can be as simple as “because I am happy when I do ___.”
