Barre Variations Online Workout April 26

In this 30 minute express Barre Variations class, experience a full-body workout while gaining new ways to support yourself at the barre. Expect to have fun, sweat and feel empowered to take your strength away from the barre and into the world!

Props to bring:

Ball, resistance band, small weights, yoga block, and gliders. Not all props will be used but just have available (if you can) so you’re prepared for any variation of class.
